Artistic project in collaboration with the Italian association Ohana ODV, winner of an Erasmus+ call for proposals of the European community for the year 2023/2024.

This project focused on the lives of children who have been forced to flee, along with their families, from geographical areas affected by major political instability in recent decades. In this journey the children participating in the project have become photographers, artists and protagonists in various workshops held in the ideal points of "departure" and "destination" of the infamous Balkan route or "the game". In several meetings we had the opportunity to listen, document and color young artists in Sanliurfa (Turkey) and Manneheim (Germany). The main theme, which we wanted to bring out, is childhood. We felt it necessary to tell, through an artistic exhibition of the project, the hopes, expectations and dreams of children who are very often ignored by political institutions and others.

#sonsandaughters has become a traveling exhibition.
